Being one of the most straight-forward and moral businesspeople in Zambia, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has never been the one to surrender. In that capacity, the last decision by justice Mwinde in the interest of the Court of Appeal went ahead 31st January 2019. Justice Mwinde proclaimed Dr. Rajan Mahtani as the real proprietor and majority share investor of the industrial facility. This choice was given dependent on the way that Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani, in the year 2005, made an installment of one billion kwachas or USD 250,000 to the Portland Cement Zambia, which secured the estimation of the whole offer capital which Dr. Rajan Mahtani dominates and based on this, the court announced Dr. Mahtani as actual owner of the factory.
